Tattoo Booking Request with @DOTS.BY.WATS

Pricing:
- I charge per piece, not by an hourly rate
- Minimum $130
- Flash typically ranges from $150-$350 (happy to do larger pieces if you have a larger budget)
- Custom work typically starts at $200+
- If you are requesting more than one piece I provide a discounted group pricing
- I will provide an approximate quote once I receive your booking request (quoted amount will already include 12% tax)

Deposits:
- A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure the booking
- Flash deposit = $50, Custom deposit = $100
- Deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your tattoo and is non-refundable if you cancel the appointment
- If you need to reschedule, I require at least 72 hours notice, in which case you will not lose your deposit
- NOTE: I accept CASH ONLY for the remaining balance of the tattoo

Additional:
- Please be descriptive with your booking request (i.e. explain what elements you like about reference images)
- If booking flash pieces, include an image/screenshot of the flash design
- Please arrive at the appointment clean, sober, hydrated and ensure you've eaten some food
- Exfoliate the tattoo area a few days prior to the tattoo and wear loose clothing in the area 

Cancelations/Rescheduling: 
If you need to reschedule your appointment, I require minimum 72 hours notice, in which deposit will be transferred to your new appointment time. If rescheduling less than 72 hours, you will be subject to submitting a new deposit. Cancellations or no-shows forfeit their deposit. If you are late by more than 15 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled and require a new deposit to reschedule you. Please communicate with me if you are running late.

FAQs:
Can I see the design prior to the appointment?
I only will send mock ups one day prior to the appointment if specifically requested for a custom design (MUST indicate this in your booking request). If you change your mind about the design to a new idea, you are subject to a new deposit and the original deposit will be forfeited. This is to compensate for the time I have put into drafting your original idea.

Do you do cover-ups of other artists work?
Not at this time.

Any areas you do NOT tattoo?
Ribs/torso, sides of fingers, feet.

Do you offer touchups?
Yes! I provide free touchups up to 1 year of the tattoo service date. Please note that ink takes differently to everyone's skin, and how well it heals also depends on client aftercare.

What's Next?

Thank you for your interest! Once you submit the request, DOTS.BY.WATS will review your submission as soon as possible. If your project is accepted, you will receive an email from Tato indicating that your appointment is ready to be booked. This email may include a smaller note from the artist and an estimated time duration for your appointment. Based on this information, you can find a day and time that works for you and confirm the appointment.
