Refund Policy Terms of Service Service Fee Privacy Policy
All our policies are designed to be quick and easy to undestand. We stay out of the way of the Artist-Client Relationship. Our goal is to create a process that ends in more tattoos that are happily and successfully completed.
Terms We Use
Artist-Client Relationship
: The interactions between the Tattoo Artist and the Client.
72-Hour Window
: A booking time that is within 72 hours of the current time.
Secondary Confirmation
: After the artist accepts your request, if you pick a booking time that is already within the 72-Hour Window
, the booking requires Secondary Confirmation from the Artist to make sure they are ready and able to keep the appointment.
Full Refund
: The deposit and the Service Fees are refunded. Otherwise only the deposit is refunded.
Service Fees
- If the booking has been rescheduled at least once, the Service Fees becomes non-refundable. This includes the waitlist.
- Within the
72-Hour Window
, the Service Fees becomes non-refundable. - If a booking expires due to inaction, the Service Fees become non-refundable.
The Deposit
- If a booking request is declined by the Artist, a
Full Refund
is issued to the Client. - If the Artist fails to respond to
Secondary Confirmation
before the booking time, aFull Refund
is automatically issued to the Client. - If the Artist declines a request that started within the
72-Hour Window
, aFull Refund
is issued to the Client. - If Artist reschedules a request that started within the
72-Hour Window
, the Client may opt for aFull Refund
.
Anything Else
Anything we don't directly handle here is up to the Artist and you'll need to talk to them. This means any specific situations or anything that occurs within the 72-Hour Window
.
- Tato.ink currently does not handle any other payment outside of the deposit.
- Cancellations and rescheduling within the
72-Hour Window
are up to Artist. - If the Artist cancels within the
72-Hour Window
, refunds will depend on the Artist's refund policy. - In the event of emergencies and unexpected events, you must go through your Artist to resolve the situation.
