Oxgust Studio Details

Thank you for your interest in my work! I am currently booking flash and customs :)

Please read the following carefully before submitting a booking request. 

My name is Robyn (she/they). I'm located in Mohkinstsis (Calgary, AB)

• I am mainly tattooing arms and legs, if you are interested in a different area (sternum or back) leave it in the notes portion of this form. (I am not tattooing heads, necks, fingers or private areas though.)
• flash designs available at the moment: viewable on instagram: @oxgust no edits to flash designs.
• Flash is not repeatable, unless stated otherwise! Flash is not secured until deposit is paid.
• I've only been tattooing since 2022, this means sessions may take longer, and I will be quieter and more focused. You are welcome to bring headphones to listen to music or whatever you're into. FYI my space is also a communal studio/office space so voices travel. 
• I have the right to refuse service to any client and the right to refuse last minute and/or large changes in design. 

RATE & PAYMENT

• My rate is $140/hr, unless otherwise specified on the flash design. 
• Nonrefundable deposit of $50 is required for each design, payable via etransfer to oxgust.studio@gmail.com at the time of your booking. (The deposit goes towards the final cost of your tattoo). 
• Custom rate is a nonrefundable $100 drawing fee that does not go towards the final cost. $75 deposit required for booking an appointment after I confirm the design with you, this will go towards the final cost. 
• Freehand rate is a nonrefundable $50 deposit that does not go towards the final cost, the remaining is charged hourly—only for the tattoo time where the needle is touching skin.
• The deposit must be paid within 24 hours from when you hear back from me.
• etransfer or cash for the remaining cost of the tattoo at the end of the appointment. 

STUDIO POLICY

• I require 48 hours notice in order to reschedule or cancel your appointment. 
• If you cancel/reschedule within 48 hours you will forfeit your deposit 
• You'll have to pay another deposit to reschedule both deposits will go towards the final cost
• You'll have to pay another deposit to rebook after cancelling, only 1 deposit will go towards the final cost
• All deposits are non-refundable. 
• You must be 18+ to be tattooed. Please bring one piece of valid, government issued photo ID to your appointment.  
• All clients are required to wear a medical mask that covers their nose and mouth for the duration of the appointment. 
• No guests. 
• If you need someone with you for accessibility and/or health reasons please let me know within this form.
• Bring minimal belongings but please bring a bottle of water a snack!
