thank you for your interest in booking with me! these are my policies. please read this prior to filling out your booking form to ensure we're both on the same page. yes- its long! but i promise its a great read.

*deposit/cancellation policy - all appointments require a $75 non-refundable deposit payable via zelle or paypal. this will secure your time slot and confirm your appointment time. it will be taken off the total on the day of your tattoo. if you need to reschedule your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled time. if you reschedule within 24 hours your deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required to secure your new date and time.

i will reschedule your appointment up to 2 times if i am given adequate notice (more than 24hrs before your scheduled time) or only 1 time if it is short notice (24hrs or less). if you no call/no show i will not reschedule your appointment. in this case you will be required to rebook with a new form, new deposit, etc. if you arrive more than 20 minutes after your scheduled time and we do not have time to complete your tattoo and have to reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required in order to reschedule.

*payment/pricing - i charge a flat rate for every appointment. this means you and i both know ahead of time exactly how much your tattoo will cost. i break my pricing down into an appointment fee and a design fee. my appointment fee is $200 and covers the cost of my space and my supplies as well as guarentees the quality of service you're getting throughout your appointment. the design fee will differ based on the tattoo and is set based on the estimated time it will take as well as the level of detail and difficulty. placement and size will effect this price. for example, if the design fee is $100, the total for your appointment will be $300. after deducting your deposit, you would owe $225 after your tattoo is finished. if you're getting multiple tattoos in a session, only one appointment fee will be applied and design fees will be discounted. the day of your appointment i take cash (preferred), zelle, or paypal.

*placement - i will not tattoo skin that is currently sunburned, i am most comfortable working on the arms and legs, and !!! i will not tattoo your ribs !!! please don't stress too hard about placement, if you're unsure of where you want your tattoo, i'm always happy to help you figure it out.

*your design/alterations - regarding customs, i will not draw your design before you send me a deposit. i typically do not send out designs before an appointment but i can under request. i like to come in with the design mostly drawn and then chat about it in person where we'll adjust it and add all the details together. i will always adjust your design until you are completely happy with it- customs are a collaborative process and your opinions are valued. lets work together!

regarding flash, i typically only do minor alterations. if you would like to make any changes to a flash piece tell me what your idea is and i can likely make it happen. **a $25 redraw fee will be applied if you're wanting a big change.

*bandage/aftercare - i will explain aftercare to every client at the end of their appointment. these instructions can effect the way your tattoo heals and following them is imperative for the best result. my messages are always open if you have questions! my preference is that all my clients leave with second skin/saniderm on their new tattoo. if you have sensitive skin or allergies that prevent you from being able to use an adhesive bandage, i will use saran wrap and medical tape instead. please note that second skin is a more effective and safe bandage. i do not let any client leave with an uncovered tattoo.

*touch ups - pleeeease come back for a touch up if you need one! i would love to make your tattoo perfect. touch ups are free of charge as long as the original tattoo is a year or less old. after that they are a discounted rate. i will only work on tattoos that are fully healed and like to wait around a month in between sessions. if you'd like to book a touch up you can do so the same way you would book a regular appointment, just select the touch up option when prompted. please include a clear photo of your tattoo to your form!

*matching tattoos/group appointments - please only have one person reach out on behalf of the entire party for all group appointments for easy scheduling. please be as clear as possible on how many people will be coming to ensure we have enough time to accommodate.

*last few notes - THANK YOU for reading this far!!! please arrive to your appointment on time, SOBER, and hydrated with a full stomach. please wear clothes that you're comfortable in and allow for easy access to the area i'm tattooing. if you plan on using numbing cream please tell me in advance!!! i keep snacks and juice in the studio if you need it. due to limited space and extra germs, no guests are permitted to join you for your appointment, so please come alone.

this is my own private studio! it is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator access. i am happy to make accommodations to see you in a more accessible space whenever needed, just let me know. the address will be sent out the day before your appointment. if you'd like to make travel plans and need it sooner, send me an email and i'll share it with you. otherwise, it stays private until you need it.

What's Next?

Thank you for your interest! Once you submit the request, uhmemily will review your submission as soon as possible. If your project is accepted, you will receive an email from Tato indicating that your appointment is ready to be booked. This email may include a smaller note from the artist and an estimated time duration for your appointment. Based on this information, you can find a day and time that works for you and confirm the appointment.
